- Tilly (Stockholm, personalized fertility support app, founded 2019) has been acquired by Singapore-based fertility services platform Rhea for an undisclosed amount (English, Swedish / Di Digital paywall). Tilly was founded by Jenny-Ann Axson Johnson and Anna Sane, and has registered SEK7.3M in total equity funding with Bolagsverket (sourced via Eivora). Among shareholders are Antler, SSE Business Lab, Propel Capital, and angels. 📊 By the end of 2023, Tilly was still mostly pre-net revenue.

- Emulate Energy (Lund & Boston, virtual battery platform for electricity retailers, founded 2020): €5M ($5.4M) in a Series A funding round led by Helen Ventures, with participation from Enpulse and existing investors Skellefteå Kraft and Course Corrected. The company touts a 4x ARR increase during 2024 (Swedish / Rapidus paywall). On February 14, I covered a SEK45.3M partial closing of this round in the unannounced funding section. I noted that the pre-money valuation was SEK205.5M, down 4% from 2023, after Emulate Energy raised SEK32M from Course Corrected and others. 📊 For 2023, the company's Swedish entity reported net revenue of SEK1.3M, and a loss of -SEK12.2M.
