- The bankruptcy estate of Vakanta, Stockholm-based platform for the contingent workforce, has been acquired by Visma Proceedo. The price was not disclosed, but it is described as surprisingly high. There was a bidding process with significant interest from several parties (Swedish, machine translation). Vakanta was declared bankrupt in October as a consequence of the crisis at its key customer Northvolt.

- 360Player (Stockholm, all-in-one platform for modern sports clubs, founded 2014): around SEK125M (€11M, $11M) in strategic growth capital from Five Elms Capital, which also acquires shares from existing shareholders for another SEK125M (Five Elms Capital also just recently invested $40M in Swedish math app startup Magma). According to Di Digital, the pre-money valuation was over SEK500M, though the company has not confirmed this. Founder and CEO Mats Kraitsik cites an ARR of around SEK25M, and says the goal is to reach SEK100M "as fast as possible" (English, Swedish / Di Digital paywall). 360Player has previously raised around SEK100M from various individuals. Around a year ago, I covered an unannounced SEK21M round, raised at a post-money valuation of around SEK400M. 📊 For 2023, 360Player reported net revenue of SEK8.2M, up 67% YoY, and a loss of -SEK20.4M, vs -SEK17.3M in 2022.
