  • Ingrid (Stockholm; delivery platform connecting merchants, carriers and consumers, founded 2015): €21M ($23M) in an oversubscribed funding round led by existing investor Verdane, with participation from existing investor Schibsted Ventures. The funds will be used for the European expansion. According to unconfirmed information obtained by Breakit, the pre-money valuation was SEK700M. This new round brings total funding to around €32M. As it did in the past years, the company aims to double its revenue in 2024, to over SEK100M. Ingrid co-founder and CEO Piotr Zalesk says the goal is to reach a comparable market position to Klarna, but for the delivery sector (English, Swedish / Breakit paywall).
  • Update on the recent funding raised by Candela covered in February, after both Breakit and Di Digital reported on it: Candela has now officially announced the round, and puts the amount at €24.5M (slightly higher than what was reported). The funding saw participation from the largest global boat maker Groupe Beneteau, as well as from existing investors EQT Ventures, Ocean Zero LLC, and Kan Dela AB. Total funding is now up at over €70M (English).
  • Mowida (Umeå, SaaS solution for real estate administration and rental, founded 2017): undisclosed amount from angel investor Piotr Kwiatkowski. The company was founded by Meiju Vartiainen, cites customers in over 35 municipalities, and forecasts a doubling of the number of customers for each coming year. Among previous investors are Partnerinvest Norr, Sparbanksstiftelsen Norrlands Riskkapitalstiftelse, and angel investors (Swedish, machine translation). 📊 Recent financial figures
