• Katalysen Ventures, Stockholm-based venture developer, acquires (through a subsidiary) the bankrupt German healthtech startup Smart4Diagnostics, creator of solutions to every stage of the pre-analytics cycle (German, machine translation).

• Crypto Rogue Games (Umeå, Web3-centric game studio, founded 2021): $1.5M in a seed funding round from Merit Circle, Avalanche, SNZ, Coinfund, Lyrik Ventures, Devmons and Bryan Pellegrino (English).
• Seaquelle (Gothenburg, D2C swimwear brand, founded 2018): SEK4.1M (€360K, $400K) from angel investors including Åsa Falk and Camilla Alfjärd (Swedish, machine translation).
• FLOX Robotics (Stockholm, provider of autonomous wildlife management as a service, founded 2020): undisclosed amount from E14 Invest II, Almi Invest, and Argand Partners. The startup will use the funds to "convert and scale its first contracts into subscription-based services for its multiple product lines", and for preparing for international expansion (English).
