- Tandem Health (Stockholm, SaaS solution for generating automated medical records immediately after a patient encounter, founded 2023): $9.5M in a seed funding round led by Northzone, with participation from Amino Collective and "angel operators from OpenAI, DeepMind", as well as the founder of Capio. In less than a year of operations, the company managed to secure more than 50 healthcare organisations in Sweden as customers. According to Di Digital, the post-money valuation was over SEK400M (English, Swedish / Di Digital paywall). Tandem Health had previously raised an undisclosed amount from angel investors. As I covered recently, there are a bunch of other young Swedish startups in the same space, such as Viviotex, Leapscribe, and XSilico AI – though Tandem Health has a clear head start.
