- Monterro, Swedish software growth investor, acquired a majority stake in the Swedish SaaS company Pihr, which offers a platform that identifies, and resolves pay gaps to ensure fair compensation in workplaces. Financial details were not disclosed, but Monterro reportedly paid around SEK70M (€6M, $6.6M) for around 70% of the shares, according to Di Digital. Pihr is said to have a current ARR of around SEK25M (English, Swedish / Di Digital paywall). Pihr was founded in 2012 by Magnus Drogell and Magnus Flink, and raised around SEK27M in total equity funding from angel and private investors, according to data registered with Bolagsverket (sourced via Eivora). 📊 For 2023 Pihr reported net revenue of SEK21M, and a loss of -SEK4.8M.
- MoveByBike (Malmö, publicly traded smart city logistics provider with distribution via e-cargo bikes, founded 2012) acquires Denmark-based peer Chainge, which was founded in 2019, for SEK19M in newly issued shares (Swedish, machine translation).

- Steep (Stockholm, business analytics platform, founded 2021): €4M ($4.3M) seed funding round led by Connect Ventures, alongside existing investor Inventure, with participation from existing investors Alliance VC, Antler, and Greens Ventures (English). This follows a €1M pre-seed round raised in fall 2022.
- Hypertype (Stockholm, AI-based solution for smart sales communication and customer support, founded 2021): SEK7M (€620K, $660K) in a funding round led by Butterfly Ventures, along with Bust, with participation from new investors Bling Capital and angels Margaux Dietz and Baltsar Sahlin, as well as existing investors Luminar Ventures and Fredrik Olsson. The company touts over 200 paying companies, high customer satisfaction and low churn (English). Hypertype raised its only previous round, which amounted to €1.15M, in spring 2022.
