Mergers & acquisitions
- Artportable, Stockholm-based online art platform founded in 2017, merges with Swedish industry peer Artworks, which was founded in 2016. Through the deal, Artworks majority shareholder Segersta will become 20% owner of Artportable (Swedish / Breakit paywall).
- Apica (Stockholm, active monitoring platform that helps solve complex digital performance issues, founded in 2005) has acquired the US telemetry data management pioneer Circonus. The price was not disclosed, but Apica is following its previous playbook of raising an equity funding round when it is doing an acquisition – more on that in the "Funding news" section below (English).

The company has raised at least SEK450M in equity funding since its inception. For 2022, Apica reported net revenue of SEK94.3M (up 16% YoY), and a loss of -SEK18.1M (a reduction from -SEK35.9M in 2021).
